A court has ruled that property linked to Ekaterina Barrett will be seized and sold at auction to help cover mounting debts, as multiple creditors pursue claims against her. Among them is a former friend who successfully sued her in Liechtenstein for £2.7m. The legal battles span several countries, with efforts underway to recover funds allegedly owed.

Barrett, once known in exclusive London gambling circles, now lives in Monte Carlo’s Golden Square district near the famous casino. When approached for comment, she refused to be interviewed and later dismissed the allegations in an email, claiming they were based on false and malicious information intended to damage her reputation.

Meanwhile, one creditor, Hutchcroft, continues efforts to recover her money, including attempting to force the sale of a property Barrett is believed to own in Israel. Questions remain over whether Barrett has exhausted her funds or is deliberately withholding payment, as creditors intensify their attempts to reclaim what they say they are owed.
