Border Police forces and Civil Administration inspectors carried out an overnight operation at the Shira Zion homestead in Samaria, demolishing several structures, including the Malkiel family home and another residential building. Heavy engineering equipment was used in the demolition, and water and sewage infrastructure was reportedly damaged during the process.
Residents protested the evacuation, with some barricading themselves inside a building and refusing to leave. Security forces used crowd-dispersal munitions to remove them, and several people were reported injured and required medical treatment. One resident alleged he was struck in the face while attempting to retrieve personal belongings.
Residents said similar demolitions and confiscations have occurred at nearby homesteads in recent weeks. They appealed to regional and military leadership to halt what they described as ongoing harassment and the allocation of significant resources toward dismantling settlement outposts during wartime.
