The Ministry of Education has announced an expansion of special education activities, allowing for the gradual opening of additional classes in areas designated as 'orange' zones. The move is intended to broaden access to in-person learning for eligible students while maintaining coordination with local authorities.

As part of the plan, transportation services for special education students will resume in their previous format. The reopening of designated classes will be subject to district approval and carried out in cooperation with municipal officials to ensure a smooth and organized implementation.
