Nir-Or Group is entering the fried chicken market through a partnership with the Lucky Chicken chain in a deal valued at over 10 million Israeli shekels. The move marks the group’s expansion beyond its established Asian cuisine brands into a fast-growing new food category.

Lucky Chicken currently operates four locations in Tel Aviv, Beit She'an, Zichron Yaakov, and Kfar Yona, and is considered one of the fastest-growing fried chicken chains in Israel. Following the deal, three new branches are planned in Petah Tikva, Modi'in, and Kiryat Ono, with an additional investment of about 5 million Israeli shekels. Some of the new locations are expected to operate in a kosher format to reach a broader audience.

The partnership will allow Lucky Chicken to leverage Nir-Or Group’s managerial and operational infrastructure as it pursues nationwide expansion. The move reflects the continued growth of fast casual dining concepts in Israel, where branded and accessible dining experiences are gaining popularity.
