Israeli traffic management company NoTraffic has raised 90 million dollars in a Series C funding round led by PSG Equity, with participation from several global investment firms. The company is expanding across North America, with deployments expected to reach one in ten traffic agencies in the United States and Canada by mid-2026.
NoTraffic converts traditional traffic lights into software-defined infrastructure, enabling intersections to function as dynamic digital systems rather than static hardware. Its platform allows transportation agencies to manage intersections through customizable policies designed to improve safety, reduce congestion, and support connected and autonomous vehicles as mobility systems evolve.
Founded by Tal Kreisler, Uriel Katz, and Or Sela, the company employs 180 people across Israel and the United States. In addition to its core platform, NoTraffic operates a round-the-clock operations center that provides remote monitoring, diagnostics, and updates, helping cities maintain efficient and responsive traffic systems.
