Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is facing a lawsuit alleging that he bit two women and made an antisemitic remark during a New Year's Eve gathering in Los Angeles. Plaintiff Madison Atiabi claims Nacua said 'f*** all the Jews' during a dinner on December 31, causing her emotional distress because she is Jewish.
The lawsuit further alleges that Nacua bit Atiabi on the shoulder and later bit her friend on the thumb, causing significant pain. His attorney denied that he made the antisemitic statement and described the biting as 'horseplay,' calling the accusations false and damaging.
A hearing in the case is scheduled for April 14, and the lawsuit seeks unspecified monetary damages. Earlier in the month, Nacua apologized for a separate antisemitic incident during a livestream appearance, and he is currently eligible for a contract extension expected to make him one of the highest paid players at his position.
