Gilad Harel served in the reconnaissance unit of the Nahal Brigade and was killed during fighting against Hezbollah in the western sector of southern Lebanon. He fell alongside Captain Noam Madmoni, Sergeant Ben Cohen, and Sergeant Maxsim Entis.
The family has now endured two devastating losses, as Adi mourns both her partner and her brother, who were closely connected in life and service.
