An IDF reservist was sentenced to 20 days in jail for refusing to serve in Gaza, the longest sentence for a conscientious objector in the war so far. The reservist, Cpt. (res) Ron Finer, expressed surprise at the punishment and stated his moral objection to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
