An Israeli drone strike targeted Ayta ash-Shab in southern Lebanon earlier today, resulting in the death of a Hezbollah operative. According to the Israeli military, the individual was engaged in activities to restore Hezbollah infrastructure in the region. The military further stated that, since the ceasefire in November 2024, more than 230 Hezbollah operatives have been killed in similar strikes in Lebanon. Israeli officials accuse these operatives of violating the terms of the truce.
