Palestinian media has reported the death of Alam Abdallah al-Amour, a Gazan athlete known for competing in international running events, allegedly killed by Israeli fire near a humanitarian aid distribution center in Khan Younis. The incident comes just weeks after similar reports regarding Suleiman al-Obeid, a former football player from Gaza, who was also said to have been killed by Israeli fire in the vicinity of an aid center. In the previous case, the international football community paid tribute to al-Obeid, while Israeli authorities stated they were unaware of casualties from their fire on the reported date. As of now, there has been no official comment from Israeli forces regarding the latest incident.
