The Israeli military announced it has killed Ahmad Naeem Maatouk, a senior operative of Hezbollah's Radwan Force, in a targeted strike in southern Lebanon. The operation took place in the Sir El Gharbiyeh municipality, north of the Litani River. Maatouk was reportedly the operations officer for a battalion within the Radwan Force and was accused of orchestrating several attacks against Israel during the ongoing conflict. The military stated that his activities breached existing agreements between Israel and Lebanon.
