The Israeli military reported that it carried out two separate drone strikes in Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of two members of the Hezbollah group. The first strike targeted Abd a-Sayed near Naqoura, who was identified as a local representative responsible for coordinating between Hezbollah and residents on both economic and military issues. He was also said to be involved in efforts to restore the group's military capabilities in his area.
The second strike occurred near Nabi Chit in the Beqaa Valley, killing Ali Hussein al-Mousawi, described as a weapons smuggler for Hezbollah. According to the military, al-Mousawi managed the purchase and transfer of weapons from Syria to Lebanon and played a key role in strengthening the group's presence. The military stated that he had been actively smuggling weapons throughout the past year.
