Abu Dhabi-based NMDC Energy has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Baker Hughes to localize offshore solutions in Saudi Arabia. The partnership will utilize NMDC Energy's advanced fabrication yard in Ras Al-Khair to produce and service offshore equipment, including emergency pipeline repair systems and logistics bases for flexible pipeline systems. This collaboration builds on previous agreements between the two companies to expand the localization of gas technology products across the region. NMDC Energy continues to strengthen its position in the energy sector through strategic partnerships and the expansion of its engineering, procurement, and construction services, supporting economic growth and job creation in Saudi Arabia.
