Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has launched a new real estate stimulus program to drive sector growth and sustainability, using digital tools to connect landowners, developers, investors, and financiers. The initiative aims to streamline development, improve transparency, and attract both domestic and international investment, with the first agreement signed for a major mixed-use project in Riyadh. Alongside this, the ministry partnered with NetZero to promote environmental sustainability, including smart afforestation and carbon reduction efforts aligned with national green initiatives. Additional agreements were signed to boost logistics infrastructure in Makkah Province and to develop nearly 1,300 new residential units in Al-Ahsa, reflecting a broader push to enhance housing options and urban development across the Kingdom.
