Israeli settlers have established a new unauthorized settlement outpost in the northern Jordan Valley, near Tubas, following the construction of a military road in the area. Meanwhile, the Israeli army has issued orders to seize nearly 19 acres of Palestinian-owned land in Al-Za'im and Al-Issawiya, both located east of Jerusalem. Overnight, Israeli forces carried out raids in several West Bank towns, detaining 16 Palestinians and reportedly attacking residents and property.
