Owais Hamam, an eighteen-year-old Palestinian, described from his hospital bed how he was kidnapped and severely beaten by four settlers near Ramallah. Hamam recounted that the settlers surrounded him as he was heading to pray, fired shots in the air, and assaulted him with fists and a rifle, leaving him with serious injuries. After being taken to another location, he was found by military troops, who also allegedly beat and interrogated him.
