Beitar Jerusalem soccer fan arrested for firing flare during match

A 15-year-old supporter of Beitar Jerusalem was arrested after firing a flare from the stands during a tense soccer match in the capital. The incident occurred in the first half, with the flare aimed at the goal of the visiting team, Bnei Sakhnin, at Teddy Stadium. Police detained the youth in the stands and discovered more pyrotechnics and pepper spray in his possession. The teenager, from Rehovot, was taken to Moriah police station for questioning. Despite the disruption, Beitar Jerusalem secured a 2-1 victory.
