Troops operating in northern Gaza have discovered a loaded rocket launcher containing two rockets reportedly ready to be fired. The launcher, which appears to be old, was found in a shaft during a weapons-search operation in the Jabalia area. Military sources believe it was likely left in place before the October ceasefire.
