Oversight will be managed by a board featuring representatives from TikTok, Oracle, Susquehanna International Group, Silver Lake, and MGX. The move follows years of political debate and executive orders, with former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden both playing pivotal roles in pushing for the separation.
