Nefesh B'Nefesh has introduced the Zionist Education Initiative Fellowship, a new program aimed at empowering North American Jewish high school educators to teach Israel and Zionism using a recently developed curriculum. The fellowship, which begins with an immersive summer session in Israel and continues with a year-long cohort experience, offers mentorship, professional development, and collaborative learning opportunities. The initiative responds to the urgent need for robust Israel education by equipping teachers to guide students through complex historical and contemporary issues. The curriculum, currently being piloted in several Jewish high schools, is set for full publication later this year and is intended to foster critical thinking, historical understanding, and personal connection to Israel among students.
