A groom suffered cardiac arrest and collapsed during his wedding on a kibbutz in central Israel. Guests quickly responded with resuscitation efforts, and an off-duty medic attending the event led the emergency response, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and using a defibrillator. After prolonged efforts, the groom's heart began beating again, and he was transported to a hospital in stable condition. Hospital officials reported that he was sedated and on a ventilator, but his condition was stable following the incident.
