Israeli forces have bulldozed part of the Gaza War Cemetery in eastern Gaza City, damaging graves of British, Australian, Polish, and other Allied soldiers from both World Wars. Satellite imagery and witness accounts reveal that over 100 Second World War graves, primarily of Australians, as well as four sections of First World War graves, have been flattened, with extensive earthworks and sand mounds now marking the site.
