The former college football star, now 33, has filed for and received a temporary restraining order, claiming the situation has escalated into fear for his safety and severe disruption to his personal and professional life.

According to court documents, Manziel alleges the woman has posted obsessive and erratic claims about him across multiple social media platforms, including false assertions that he shares a child with her and that he is involved in elaborate political and international conspiracies. Manziel denies ever having a relationship with her and says the only time they were in the same vicinity was when the original photo was taken.

He said the issue intensified over the past year, with the woman allegedly contacting business associates, family members, and his former spouse. Manziel also described being contacted by child services about a child he says cannot be his, prompting further alarm.
