Israel's military announced that it will ease certain wartime civilian restrictions in several regions beginning Monday morning, following updated defensive assessments. Current guidelines will remain in place until 6 a.m. on March 16, with ongoing daily security evaluations focused on civilian protection.

Under a new 'traffic-light' system, restrictions will be adjusted by region based on the security situation. Areas including the Beit She'an Valley, the Jordan Valley, the West Bank, the Dead Sea area, Western Lachish, communities near Gaza, the Western Negev, the Southern Negev and the Arava will shift from limited to partial activity.

In these المناطق, public gatherings of up to 50 people outdoors and 100 indoors will be permitted, provided there is access to standard protected spaces within the required time. Schools and workplaces may also resume operations where adequate shelter is available. Military officials emphasized that alerts may still occur, but the likelihood is considered lower, and residents will have sufficient time to seek shelter.

Separately, the military completed upgrades to its alert system to improve precision and reduce false alarms. While missile launches from Iran remain steady and rocket fire from Hezbollah has decreased, officials cautioned that the security situation could change and preparations remain in place for further escalation.
