The two individuals, aged 34 and 31, were detained on Thursday at the facility located about 40 miles northwest of Glasgow.
Police Scotland said the pair are scheduled to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday. Authorities have not released their names or the specific charges, in line with standard practice before a court appearance.
