Iran's military said it targeted and destroyed a Ukrainian anti-drone system depot in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, claiming the facility was used to assist United States forces. The statement was issued by Iran's central operational command and broadcast on state television.

According to the statement, the strike also targeted what it described as hideouts of American commanders and soldiers in Dubai. Iranian officials portrayed the action as part of a broader effort against United States military presence in the region.

Earlier the same day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the United Arab Emirates and announced that the two countries had agreed to cooperate on defense matters. The timing of the visit came shortly before Iran's announcement of the strike.
