Beautyworld Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s leading beauty exhibition, has been postponed until 2027, organizers Messe Frankfurt Saudi Arabia announced. The event had been scheduled to take place in May this year. Organizers said the new dates are intended to preserve the exhibition’s international scale, ensure high quality participation and maintain strong commercial value while prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders.
The postponement comes amid a broader wave of rescheduled cultural and industry events across the Middle East. In Qatar, the Design Doha Biennial has been moved to November, while Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Film Festival has shifted to late June through early July with a focus on the theme ‘Cinema of the Journey.’ The Middle East Film and Comic Con has also been rescheduled to September in Abu Dhabi to allow for an expanded program.
Beautyworld Riyadh organizers said the decision followed extensive consultations and careful assessment of the current environment. They expressed confidence that the new dates will strengthen the event’s long term value and deliver an improved experience for exhibitors, partners and visitors.
