Israir will serve wine and cheese from northern Israel on selected flights ahead of the Shavuot holiday, aiming to support businesses affected by the war and ongoing security challenges. Passengers will sample products from Teva Ez dairy in Moshav Ben Ami and Kishor winery in Kishorit Village, both located in the Western Galilee.
The initiative is designed to provide exposure to small producers in the north while offering travelers a holiday experience featuring local flavors. Teva Ez has operated for more than four decades, while Kishor winery combines wine production with employment opportunities for people with special needs.
According to the airline, the collaboration is part of a broader effort since the start of the war to link commercial activity with assistance for impacted communities and to strengthen regional businesses through increased visibility and support.
