Israel's fiscal deficit continued to narrow in March, reaching 5.2% of GDP or NIS 105.5 billion. State revenues have grown impressively, but revenue flow has moderated since the beginning of the year. With the approval of the new 2025 budget, an acceleration in spending is expected, but the deficit is projected to continue its downward trend. The Ministry of Finance's target for the 2025 budget is 4.9%.
