Cody Balmer, the suspect accused of setting fire to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro's mansion, displayed bizarre behavior in court, sticking his tongue out and refusing to answer questions. Balmer, a former welder, stated that he had no savings or income and no history of substance or alcohol abuse. The Pennsylvania State Police said that Balmer was receiving treatment at a hospital for a medical event unrelated to the incident. Balmer has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated arson, burglary, terrorism, and other offenses.
