A former jihadist operative with ties to LeT camps in Pakistan has been appointed to Donald Trump's White House advisory board. Ismail Royer, who was convicted in 2004 for terrorist activities targeting Americans, now serves as Director of the Islam and Religious Freedom Action Team. Another appointee, Shaykh Hamza Yusuf, is also linked to jihadi backgrounds and has been accused of affiliations with terror groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and HAMAS.
