Palestine Action is set to be banned after a High Court judge refused a bid to temporarily block it from being designated as a terror group. The co-founder of the group asked the court to stop the Government from banning it as a terrorist organisation before a potential legal challenge. The ban is set to come into force at midnight after the judge refused the bid for a temporary block.
