Abigail and her mother, both Jewish, described feeling isolated and intimidated as protesters entered lecture halls, chanted slogans, and accused the university of supporting Israel. Despite visible distress, they said no one intervened to support them, and the protests were met with applause from other attendees. The university has since apologized to the family and stated its commitment to student safety, while a lecturer defended the activists' right to protest.
