The Shin Bet security agency has reported a significant rise in the involvement of Arab-Israeli citizens in terrorist activities in the West Bank since the start of the Gaza war. This trend has been especially pronounced in the northern areas of the West Bank. Over the last two years, authorities have identified 16 cases where Arab-Israelis were connected to terror operatives or involved in smuggling weapons from Israel to these groups. The findings highlight growing concerns about the spread of militant activity and the challenges facing security forces in addressing these threats.
