Lancashire-based school uniform company Trutex, with a history spanning over 160 years, has been acquired by Australian investment firm Hancock and Gore for £12.5 million. The company, which has a strong presence in international markets including the Middle East, Canada, Europe, and China, has assured that jobs at the site will remain unaffected by the sale.
