The legal action comes after Seraphin made public statements on his podcast, alleging that Wilkins was an Israeli spy involved in a 'honeypot' operation targeting her boyfriend, Kash Patel. Wilkins asserts in her complaint that Seraphin's claims are false, malicious, and racially charged, emphasizing that she has never been to Israel nor worked for any intelligence agency. The lawsuit, filed in Tennessee, Texas, also highlights that Seraphin and Wilkins had previously met at a conservative event, and accuses Seraphin of intentionally targeting her with defamatory remarks.
