Donovan Hall, a thirty-five-year-old man from Mesa, Arizona, has been sentenced to just over four years in prison for orchestrating a campaign of antisemitic threats and harassment against Jewish individuals in New York City. Over a three-month period, Hall sent more than one thousand violent and threatening messages, including explicit threats to torture, rape, and kill his victims and their families. His campaign included dozens of threatening phone calls and the sending of photographs depicting firearms and a machete, with promises to use them against his targets. Authorities later found unregistered and loaded weapons at Hall's home, underscoring the seriousness of the threats. Officials emphasized that the prosecution and sentencing demonstrate a commitment to holding perpetrators of hate crimes accountable.
