US fund buying Anan Data Centers stake at NIS 1b valuation

Boston-based Battery Global Advisors is acquiring a 20 percent stake in Anan Data Centers at a valuation of 1 billion shekels. Anan Data Centers, founded just four years ago by Omer Adam, Maor Melul, and Nessim-Sariel Gaon, is rapidly expanding its presence in the Israeli server farm market. The investment will support the company's ambitious projects, including major data centers at Tsor'a and Afula, and facilitate the purchase of additional sites for future development. With this deal, Anan Data Centers strengthens its position among the leading players in Israel's cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure sector.
