Family of man who died on Benidorm holiday say they have new evidence of foul play

The family of Nathan Osman, a father-of-four from South Wales who died while on holiday in Benidorm, say new evidence has strengthened their belief that his death involved foul play. Nathan was found dead at the bottom of a remote cliff less than 24 hours after arriving in Spain, with local police initially ruling it a tragic accident. However, his family questioned the investigation, citing inconsistencies such as the remote location of his body, attempted use of his bank cards after his death, and new phone data suggesting he could not have reached the spot on foot.

The family conducted their own investigation, gathering CCTV footage, witness statements, and tracking Nathan's movements through a health app, which indicated he was likely transported in a vehicle. They also visited the site and found it implausible that Nathan would have gone there alone at night. After presenting their findings, the case was reopened in Spain and South Wales Police launched their own inquiry, expressing concern over the lack of evidence collected by local authorities.

Despite identifying potential CCTV cameras and continuing their search for answers, the family fears crucial evidence may have been lost due to the initial handling of the case. They remain determined to seek justice for Nathan and hope for a thorough investigation into his death.
