Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz is set to lease the upper floors of the Landmark 2 tower in Tel Aviv's Sarona district, with occupancy expected in mid-2027. The lease was secured at a discount through negotiations led by Gili Raanan, the first investor in Wiz and head of the venture capital fund Cyberstarts, as part of an initiative to bring multiple portfolio companies together in one location. While this move offers cost advantages and future flexibility for startups, not all entrepreneurs are eager to join, citing concerns about competition and the building's quality. Some companies, such as Cyera and Island, have chosen to remain in their current offices rather than relocate to Landmark 2.
