Or Yehuda recorded sales from NIS 1.85 million for a three-room apartment to NIS 4.6 million for a larger six-room unit. In the north, Shlomi had apartments sold between NIS 650,000 and NIS 1.55 million. Ashkelon in the south saw deals from NIS 700,000 for a two-room apartment to NIS 3.15 million for a five-room house with a garden.
