Troops from the Kfir Brigade have completed a two-month mission along the Yellow Line in southern Gaza and are now withdrawing from the area. Their operations included working with the Yahalom Unit to locate and dismantle hundreds of terrorist infrastructure sites, such as extensive underground tunnel routes beneath Khan Yunis. The brigade also eliminated around 20 members of terrorist organizations during their deployment. The 188th Armored Brigade will replace the Kfir Brigade, while forces under the Southern Command remain deployed in line with the ceasefire agreement to address ongoing threats.
