The Alpinist Reservist Unit recently completed a series of specialized training exercises on the Mount Hermon Summit. These exercises focused on preparing troops for operational duties in challenging mountainous and snowy conditions, utilizing advanced equipment designed for extreme weather. In addition to their training, the unit joined forces with another brigade for a defensive mission on the summit, while also maintaining security in the Golan Heights area. Their efforts aim to ensure the safe reopening of the Mount Hermon site to visitors.
