KLM has announced the resumption of flights to Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia after previously suspending routes due to heightened tensions in the Middle East. The airline will operate flights to Tel Aviv and Dubai on adjusted schedules in early February, and has already restarted services to Riyadh and Dammam. The decision follows a brief period during which KLM avoided flying over large parts of the region amid security concerns, particularly related to the situation with Iran. KLM emphasized that passenger and crew safety remains its top priority and that route decisions are made based on ongoing security assessments.
