Nvidia is significantly expanding its presence in Israel by leasing an entire 11-floor building in Yokneam's Ofer Park from real estate company Melisron. The new lease covers 29,000 square meters and will last for 10 years after the building's completion in 2028, with an option for Nvidia to extend the agreement. This move will bring Nvidia's total leased space in Ofer Park to 67,000 square meters, as the company has also extended its current lease in the area. In addition to this expansion, Nvidia has recently purchased land in Kiryat Tivon for a new headquarters and is renting additional office space in Beersheva and Tel Aviv, highlighting its growing footprint in Israel's technology sector.
