Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor allegedly launched a foul-mouthed tirade at a police officer guarding Buckingham Palace after the officer refused entry to an unannounced female visitor. According to former royal protection officer Paul Page, the former Duke of York shouted abuse and threatened to come downstairs if the woman was not allowed into his private chambers, despite her lacking security clearance. Page claimed officers felt pressured to comply and described Andrew as deeply unpopular among security staff.
The claims form part of a wider series of allegations about Andrew’s conduct at the Palace, including assertions that women were brought in under the codename ‘Mrs Windsor’ and that security protocols were bypassed. A professional masseuse also said she was admitted without checks to give Andrew a massage at Buckingham Palace, with payment reportedly made through a Palace account. Former civil servants have further alleged that public funds were used to cover massage services and luxury travel during his time as a trade envoy.
The controversy has intensified following Andrew’s recent arrest and renewed scrutiny of his long-standing association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. New evidence has reportedly been submitted to police concerning alleged trafficking victims, and legal experts say investigators may now examine whether Andrew misused his position to engage in sexual relationships with young women. Andrew has previously denied wrongdoing related to his friendship with Epstein.
