The Israeli Air Force has carried out more than 700 sorties within 24 hours, establishing air superiority over Tehran and striking numerous strategic targets. Military officials said the operations focused on weakening Iran’s offensive and defensive capabilities.
Targets included ballistic missile launchers, headquarters, air defense systems, and command centers linked to the Iranian regime. The strikes were described as part of a broader effort to disrupt command structures and prevent further attacks.
At the same time, Israeli air defense units, fighter jets, and attack helicopters intercepted more than 50 unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iran toward Israeli territory since the start of the operation. Officials said the interceptions were successful and helped prevent damage inside the country.
