Lapid urged women not to neglect their own well-being, comparing self-care to airplane safety instructions that tell parents to secure their own oxygen masks before assisting their children. She explained that strength and resilience begin with taking care of oneself.

According to Lapid, women frequently place their own needs last, prioritizing everyone else in the household. However, she warned that when women are exhausted or unhappy, the entire home feels the strain, especially during the intense pressures of war.
