An Iranian cluster missile strike caused severe destruction in the city of Rishon Lezion, leaving homes shattered and vehicles overturned. Residents described scenes of chaos, with buildings heavily damaged and families scrambling to reach safety as sirens warned of the incoming attack.

Yaron, whose apartment was hit, recounted rushing home after his daughter called to say a missile had struck their building. When he arrived, he found the apartment filled with smoke and the reinforced door to the safe room blown shut, trapping his daughter inside. She struggled to breathe as he forced the door open and pulled her to safety.

He stressed the importance of following Home Front Command safety instructions and remaining in protected spaces during sirens, saying he could not bear to imagine what might have happened if his daughter had not been inside the safe room at the time of the blast.
