A man was moderately injured by shrapnel at Kabri Junction in the Western Galilee and was taken to a hospital in Nahariya for treatment following rocket fire from Lebanon. Security and emergency forces responded to multiple impact sites across Nahariya.
At one location, a house sustained a direct hit and caught fire. Emergency teams rescued the family from the building, and no injuries were reported in that incident.
The Israel Defense Forces is investigating whether a malfunctioning interceptor missile may have struck the home during an attempted interception. Meanwhile, fire and rescue crews reported difficulties reaching some impact sites due to continued waves of sirens.
